Today is all about completely immersing yourself in quintessential Australian beach culture. Your local Splendour host will meet you bright and early at your hotel for an exclusive day exploring the best of Sydney s Eastern beaches. Experience one of the most stunning coastal walks in Australia – taking you from Sydney s famous Bondi Beach to Coogee Beach and all the wonderful hidden beaches and coves in between. As you will be covering about 6 kilometres (4 miles) of coastline on foot be sure to wear your most comfortable shoes hat and sunscreen.
We ve also arranged a private surf lesson on Bondi Beach with a highly experienced local instructor. No matter what your skill level there is nothing better than experiencing Aussie beach culture from a board on Bondi Beach.

Start the day on the Bondi promenade populated by spunky surfers tourists avid dog walkers and locals alike. This could be your chance to have a chat and meet the Bondi Beach lifeguards the stars of the hit reality television show Bondi Rescue pat a cavoodle or take a selfie at Bondi Icebergs.

It s then back to the sandstone coastline to embark on your journey from Bondi Beach to Coogee Beach – the views along the way are absolutely breathtaking and you’ll want to stop for many a beach snap of your own. Walk along the neighbouring beaches one of which is beautiful Bronte beach home to a striking rock-pool which was once an Aboriginal birthing site. There will be time to take a break and enjoy a refreshing swim either in the ocean or in the rock pool.
