The perfect day. Electric bike ride along the stunning coast followed by paddle boarding on the Onkaparinga River. Top it all off with a meal at a local eatery followed by a wine tasting in McLaren Vale. All in one day!

Upon arriving in the gorgeous beach-side suburb of Moana you will be greeted by the sound and scent of the ocean. You will then do a crash course (bad choice of words I know) in how to ride an electric bike. From then on its about adventure and hedonism including an e-bike ride along the stunning coastline Stand Up Paddle Boarding wine & beer tasting and a gorgeous lunch at the Deep Blue Cafe.

8:40 am: Meet at 41 Third Ave Moana for group debrief. If you??d prefer not to make your own way to Moana?ÿ(very easy by train*)?ÿI can organise transportation both ways if given 48-hours notice.**

9:00 am: E-bike ride along the stunning coastline to Onkaparinga River (E-bikes stored on trailer; tour proceeds on mini bus).

10:00 am: Stand Up Paddle boarding Lessons on Onkaparinga River.

12:15 pm: Shower and change.

1:15 pm: Lunch at Deep Blue Caf?? in Moana (not included in price).

2:30 pm: Wine tasting

4:00 pm: Tour ends at 41 Third Ave Moana (can be dropped off at Seaford Train Station or picked up by driver)
