Cooking with exotic spices and ingredients you will experience the vibrant flavours of each cuisine. Cooking is fun and is a great bonding experience for friends family etc. Coming to the class alone? No problem we match you up with a new friend for the day!

The cooking classes go for 4 hours and are all themed – Middle Eastern and North African Indian & Sri Lankan Mediterranean Tapas Mexico and South America Asia and Modern Australian using ‘bush spices.’
During your 4 – hour cooking class you will learn about herbs and spices from the international regions of your themed cooking class making a spice blend that you will cook with throughout the morning and you will be able to take that home with you as well.
Cooking in pairs at your individual cooking stations you will make everything on the menu so the class is very hands on. You will be led through each recipe by your cooking guru/guide making at least 5 and up to 7 dishes in each class. Then at the end of the session you will sit down and enjoy what you have cooked over lunch washed down by a complimentary beverage of your choice.
There is no need to bring anything as everything is supplied – cooking equipment food aprons etc.
