Phillip is one of Australia’s leading presenters and educators on craft spirits and loves to share his independent expert insights with his guests.
The sessions are relaxed free of jargon and personalised to ensure everyone has a great time and learns more about the making of fine Australian spirits and the people and places who make them possible.
For an hour and half you’ll be guided into how a curated selection of premium spirits are made their stories behind the labels and come away with a deeper appreciation of the craft and passion that goes into making a great craft spirit.
Guests will enjoy a welcome gin and tonic or whisky highball and be guided through a fun and interactive tasting of five spirits plus some nibbles to go with and perhaps a little something extra from Phillip’s special collection.
The groups are kept to a minimum of four people and maximum of 16 to ensure a personalised experience.
Phillip can also arrange a lineup of spirits so you are encountering one’s you may not have had before and he also offers limited releases via his contacts in the industry.
