Indulge the senses and enrich your palate with a unique wine pairing experience at Passel Estate. Each of Passel Estate??s award-winning wines is paired with an artisanal and handcrafted chocolate encased bonbon.

Once welcomed and seated at your private table you wil be introduced do history of the Estate and its three pillars – Provenance Discovery Sanctuary.

Your host will present you with four of our core wine varietals superbly matched with sweet and savoury delights. The matches are tastes one at a time recommended to go between wine and food and back to wine to discovery suttle ellements each time.

The aim of this tasting is to provide an informative engaging and memorable wine and food pairing experience for all Tasting Room visitors at any level. Passel Estate invites visitors to sit down relax in the beautiful surrounds of the estate.

Each gourmet delight is a bespoke design by internationally renowned Master Chocolatier Nadia Haskell from Harlequin Desserts.

Booking for the Wine & Food Pairing Discovery experience contributes $5 directly towards further conservation efforts at Passel Estate.
