Evening Before – We deliver everything to you.
Day 1 Distance: 18km |Walk Time: 5.5hrs | Ascent/Descent: 255m/987m – Enjoy a lovely train trip through the Blue Mountains to the vibrant and historic town of Katoomba. – Descend into the Megalong Valley passing through forest and out into wide open farmlands. – Stop at a winery or continue hiking until you reach a tranquil swimming hole. – Cross the swing bridge over a river then head into camp where you will enjoy a beautiful night stargazing!
Day 2 Distance: 19km |Walk Time: 6.5hrs | Ascent/Descent: 1122m/281m – A challenging day of hiking starts by heading through farmlands. – Hike through a giant gum tree forest being sure to keep an eye out for native wildlife.
Day 3 Distance: 10km |Walk Time: 3hrs | Ascent/Descent: 230m/639m – Wind your way down to the valley floor through forest. – Visit the caves enjoy a meal at the historic Jenolan Caves House or take a stroll around the turquoise Blue Lake.
