The Great Ocean Road surrounded by the Southern Ocean is one of the world’s best fishing locations. This 2.5 day tour consists of exploring the Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles on day 1 before enjoying a full or half day private fishing charter on day 2. This charter will be tailored to suit your fishing experience (none required) and interests whether you are looking for Deep Sea Tuna Crayfish or Reef-fishing. Depending on the season we will also get the chance to look for Southern right whales seals and an abundance of birdlife.
On this tour you will also be given an in-depth local??s experience of the 12 Apostles and Port Campbell National Park the scenic Great Ocean Road Great Otway National Park and experience some of Australia??s most beautiful coastal towns. As you are staying two nights in the region on this tour you will get to experience everything the region has to offer allowing for plenty of photo opportunities including the best locations for sunset and sunrise.

See Australia’s most surfing beach and home of the world’s oldest surfing event the Rip Curl Pro. Here we will be greeted by a local surfer who will explain the regions surfing history different breaks and discuss there experiences of surfing at this incredible spot.

Enjoy a food and drink stop at one of our favourite local spots in Apollo Bay a seaside village embraced by tranquil beaches rolling green hills and the Great Otway National Park. At lunch we will be joined by a local fisherman who will provide local stories about the fishing industry along the Great Ocean Road.

Here we make our way down to the beach via the 86 steps that were carved into the face of the cliff by local settler Hugh Gibson. Once on the beach you will be dwarfed by the 70-metre high vertical cliffs while getting up close to two giant limestone stacks rising up out of the sea known as Gog and Magog.
